A venture advisory firm in Singapore. We work with founders building from zero and companies building what comes next.
Start a conversationAdvice fails at the handoff. The people who understood why a decision was made are rarely the people who have to execute it, and everything that made the thinking good, the trade-offs, the things deliberately left out, does not survive the transfer. What arrives is a document. We stay past that point, whether the work is a raise, a sales team, or a product that has to exist by a date.
We have founded, raised, invested, and advised on the deals that follow. So when we tell you a story will not survive diligence or a model will not hold, it is because we have been the ones asking the questions.
A narrative is only as good as the meetings it wins. A sales process only counts once someone is running it. Whatever we design, we either build with our own team or direct yours, and the person who shaped the thinking is the person reviewing what ships.
Fundraising strategy and investor narrative for founders. New venture design, scouting, and partnership assessment for companies. Positioning, go to market, and token design where it applies. From people who have founded, invested, and sat on the other side.
An AI-native team. Our engineers spec and review rather than type, so a small group ships at a pace headcount would not predict. We specify what gets built, then either build it ourselves or direct yours. No handoff, no translation loss.
I have sat on every side of this table. Chapter3 is the firm I wanted on mine.

Chapter3 is a venture advisory firm registered in Singapore. For anything in this policy, contact daryl@chapter3.ventures.
Only what you give us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
To reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Form submissions are delivered straight to our inbox by our own mail server. No third-party form processor sees them. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which operates servers outside Singapore, so serving this page involves a transfer abroad, and we rely on their contractual data protection commitments.
Enquiries stay in our records for as long as the relationship is live and for three years afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to daryl@chapter3.ventures and we will respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

chapter3.ventures describes what Chapter3 does. It is information, nothing more.
Nothing on this site, and nothing you send through the contact form, creates an advisory, consulting, or client relationship between us. It does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or other instrument. We work together only once both sides have signed an engagement letter.
The contact form is not a secure channel. Tell us what you are working on at a level you are comfortable putting in an email, and we will set up something appropriate before you share anything sensitive.
We keep this site current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
The text, design, and Chapter3 name and marks on this site belong to us. Client and partner marks belong to their owners and appear with permission. Do not reproduce any of it commercially without asking.
We are not responsible for sites we link to.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Singapore law governs these terms, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
